    The Committee on Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line five, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “with the following amendments.”:

    One page one, section one, subsection 1.1, by striking out the comma and the words “appointment and removal” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “and appointment”;

    And,

    On page three, section two, by striking out all of subsection 2.6.
